Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear gold with white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has pine and some grass with a bit of grains underlying. Flavor has pine with a bit of resin and some grains backing.

This WCIPA poured a hazy orange colour with a big, white head. Nice lacing. Scents include grass, tea, citrus… just to name a few. First swig was hoppy as hell. I’ve no idea how people can drink these over-hopped beers. It reminds me of lemon… pledge? Wood cleaner? Flavours of citrus tea and pure hop. Finish is bitter as hell with a little citrus and grass flavours lingering.

A golden ipa with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with piney hops, California hops, grapefruit, cereales, pleasant. In mouth, crisp biscuit malt with piney herbal hops, light cereals, pleasant. On tap at brewery.
