28/7/2018. Bottle at Højbjerg tasting. Purchased at CentrAle, Newcastle. Pours slightly hazy mid gold with an average sized white head. Aroma of camomile, yeast, hops, fruit and flowers. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, average carbonation.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting 28 July. Pours hazy dark straw with airy but stable white head. Clear aroma of yeast, with touches of funk and hints malt. Herbal flavour of camomile, with bitter, hoppy touches and hints of fruit and yeast. Bitter, hoppy aftertaste with camomile notes. Well, more funny than bad.

Bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy camomlle aroma. Light bitter flavor. Camomile very present. Average light bitter finish. Oily palate.

Bottle @Højbjerg Tasting. Clear golden, fluffy white head. Yeasty aroma with distinct camomile. Bitter, herbal and slightly rough camomile flavour. Pretty rough actually.

ABV: 5.0%. Hazy - murky medium yellow orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, pale malt, sweet malt, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, dough, camomile, camomile tea. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, sweet yeast, camomile, camomile tea, floral camomile flowers. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20180722]

Cask at ORB, Darlington. Slightly hazy golden colour, creamy white foam head leaving lacing and fruity yeasty aroma with camomile hints. Taste is grainy, camomile, fruity, milky and funky, with some saison yeast & earthy bitterness. Smooth mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry tangy finish. Nicely drinkable.
