Crisp. Easy.

This Pilsner has a light straw and bready flavour with a hint of sweetness that finishes with an appropriate bitterness.

We take our time with each batch by lagering it for six weeks and carbonating it naturally.

Honestly this feels like another beer than my peers, or the brewery's description. I'm getting some funk on this, a little pepper, a little bitterness, over bright hay malt, mildly sweet, vague stone fruit, pretty clean finsih. It's great. Is this what everyone else is getting? Did a get a mislabed can? Did a bug get in there? If so do it again. Can from the brewery.

Keg at Bar Lupulus, Ottawa. Clear pale golden, mid sized head. Grassy, floral nose. Mid sweet with light to medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Spicy grassy hops. Long bitter finish.

A hazed golden pils with a thin creamy lacing white head. In aroma, nice crisp biscuit malt with Saaz hops, light mineral notes, classic. In mouth, a nice crisp biscuit malt with grassy hops, treacle, pleasant and refreshing.
