500ml (thx, Marc-Olivier L.!) @ Ryan's.
Aroma: American oak, coffee with a bit of green peppers, chocolate, a bit earthy.
Taste: along the same lines, kinda on the thinner side.
Overall: ok.

Poured from 500mL bottle (2024 vintage). Very dark brown with minimal beige head. Mild woody bourbon, some background chocolate, light vanilla, feint peppers, lots of adjuncts going on, but it all seems a bit timid and almost slightly muddled. It's okay, but could be better if they dialed things in more.
