A reddish-purple. Aroma is woody, acetic. Malty, a bit of sharp acidity but overall balanced with good complexity.

Bottle pour at Barrel Fest 2025, pours a clear dark red with a small beige head. Aroma has a nice tart red fruit character, gentle wild yeast, and a touch of balsamic. Flavour is dry, woody and complex, with plenty of dry tart red fruits, big woody notes, gentle wild yeast, and just a touch of balsamic. Really well put together. Excellent.

In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with loads of dark fruits, light mineral notes, Epsom salts, cork, brett, nice and complex. On tap at brewery.
