Silver Lining is a light, dry dark lager, with a malty backbone and subtle coffee and caramel flavours. Balanced with our farm grown Triple Perle hops, it’s a refreshing lager brewed for the winter. We look at Silver Lining as the year 2021 summed up in a beer, a dark, mysterious yet refreshingly dry beer with a slightly off-white head, symbolic of the brightness that lie ahead!

Canned 355ml. -Blackish coloured, small off-white head, light caramel i the nose. Sweetish malty, light creamy, notes of caramel and touch of coffee with sweet finish. Bit candy.

This dark poured a really dark red colour with a tan coloured, very creamy head. Nice lacing. Scents include caramel and minimal must with a hint of toast. First swig was delicious. Flavours of caramel, medium toast, molasses and light must. Finish is roasty with molasses flavours lingering.

A dark brown lager with a very thin off white head. In aroma, chocolate malt with metallic hops, light grassy hops, OK. In mouth, a nice chocolate malt with grassy hops, light mineral notes, pleasant.
