Brewed in collaboration with Fuerst Wiacek from Berlin. For this DIPA we came up with a grain bill comprised of Extra Pale, Pale, Wheat & Rice. We then whirl-pooled with Citra & Ekuanot BBC pellets and dry-hopped with a blend of Citra & Ekuanot BBCs and Cryo pellets that deliver bright citrus, pine & pepper aromas.

Can split at CBC Islo, thanks to the Fergus, 25/06/18. Hazed golden orange with a well presented off white head. Nose is bitter orange, pine needle, grassy, toasted malts, grapefruit flicker. Taste comprises citric pith, grass, pineapple, melon, tangerine. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close splashed with lightly resinous hop bitterness. Ok DIPA but not from the top branches of the style tree.

Can shared in London - cheers to Fergus. Pours cloudy orange with a frothy, white head. The nose holds rindy citrus, oranges. Medium sweet flavour with notes of pine, orange peel, pale bread, mango and peach. Medium bodied, lightly chewy, with fine carbonation. Lightly resinous and warming to finish, more mango and peach. Not bad.
