This beer is festively made using cranberries and spruce tips, it is balanced and ultimately (very) drinkable. Expect elegant spice notes on the nose, a pleasant tartness coming entirely from our use of cranberries that will leave you with graceful undertones of spruce playing in its finish.
We’ve dubbed Merrymaker a Farmbier, utilizing exclusively Barn Owl Malts, Pleasant Valley’s hops, and its fermented our house Saison strain from Escarpment yeast on Quebec cranberries and foraged spruce tips.

A golden saison with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice fruity malt with light grassy hops, light mineral notes, OK. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light raspberry jam, light rhubarb, light acidity, pleasant. On tap at Cheshire Cat.
