Lush and dank, this smooth NEIPA opens with a big hit of grassy aroma followed subtle hits of tropical fruit and berries. We double dry-hopped with Mosaic and Citra to bring out a tonne of juicy character with minimal bitterness. Pouring golden and hazy with restrained carbonation for maximum smoothness, Rainforest is the perfect balance of soft and hoppy.

Hazy golden-yellow colour with a frothy white cap, good stay and leaving some light creamy lacing. Aromas are fruity, with a little sweetness, from mild citrus notes and hints of tropical fruits. The taste has some good green grass-wood bite, with a little zestiness and orange base. Quite dry of a mouthfeel. A nice DDH IPA with some bite to it.
