Hazy pale purple. No head. Tart, with light vinous notes. Some barrel, tannins. Not bad.

Bottle sample at Farmhouse Fest 2022, pours an opaque dark purpleish pink with a small white head. Aroma brings out gentle Pinot Noir barrels and musty bugginess. Flavour is dry and vinous, with red wine notes, a touch of oak, and light wild yeast. Dry and vinous, but not particularly complex. Good but nothing special.

Poured from the tap. Clear medium purple red with small pink head. Some nice foeder tartness balanced with the vinous pinot notes. Not overly complex, but nicely done.

A burgundy red ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, beautiful mix of raspberry jam, light acidity, light red grapes, light Brett, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light acidic notes, Epsom salts, light ground cherry, light olives, very nice. On tap at brewery.
