Listed as #6 Grand Cru +++ Sampled on draft this beer poured a hazy dark golden color with a small foamy white head that left a bit of lacing. The aroma was sweet and tangy sugar and golden fruits. The flavor was sweet and tangy sugar with candied pear and peach. Long finish of sugar and golden fruits. Moderately full bodied. Interesting.

Draught at the brewpub. Aniseed aroma. Cloudy dark amber colour. Sweet flavour, lots of aniseed with a ginger bite. A bit confusing, but drinkable. A bit of alcohol bite.
