Canton draught, 12/22/24.
Clear amber-copper. Small, white head, low retention.
Earthy, lightly toasty, red fruits and yeast. Not very aromatic but clean.
Soft, round, almost juicy and has red fruit, mild toast and good base malt depth and sweetness with earth, pepper and light herbs. Interesting yeast with lots of earth and mineral. Healthy bitterness and great balance.
