Poured from a 750 ml bottle. Aroma is interesting with some phenolic notes of white pepper and coriander as well as quite a bit of grassy, herbal hop notes. A light poopiness is present. Some light citrus notes and a bit of a floral character. Pours a slightly hazy, pale yellow with a large, frothy, white head that recedes steadily to a small head that lingers for quite some time. Faint lacing and no legs. Flavor is slightly acidic with a dry, phenolic finish. Slight cracker malt notes. Some light citrus and tropical fruit with hints of peach. Medium light bitterness. Some grassy notes as well as a lot of barnyard phenolics. Mouthfeel is light bodied with medium carbonation and a very dry finish. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, the beer is kind of in an awkward phase; the hops are fading and the funk is coming in, but they aren’t quite gelling yet. Its still super drinkable, but with somewhat faded hops and funk that hasn’t matured to its full potential.

Bottle. Pours clear pale golden, small white head, good lacing. Aroma is lime citrus, mango, strong Brett notes, faint mushroom. Flavor is dry, quite funky, strong Brett notes, light citrus. Light body. I bet this beer rocked when sort fresh. Still good today.

Capped 750 from Corti Bros. Pours hazy lemon gold with a foamy white head. Aroma is Brett, funk, fruit. In a moderate way. Near med body. Flavor is like the aroma, but less fruit. A marvelous rendition of Brett and funk. Dry. Exquisite.
