Bomber from Trader Joe’s in Davis, CA. Pours light gold with a actual white head - which departed rapidly. Aroma is moderate ginger. Good for the sinuses. Med not too minus body. Flavor is ginger - a light burn - a good/decent amount of root. Not as strong as I’d like, but it is ginger.

22 oz. bottle from TJ’s. White fizz dwindles quickly. Big ginger ale smell slightly tempered by apple notes. Taste is nicely spiced with ginger, more spicy than the current crop of "hard" ginger ales. And not as sugary either. Ginger and cider contribute to a nice dry finish. Very enjoyable even with a bit of ginger burn at the back of the throat.

22oz bottle. Poured a clear golden color with a small fizzy white head. Aroma was light apple notes, some light booze, lots of ginger. Light sweetness. Flavor was semi-sweet apple notes, ginger notes. Not bad at something like $2.99 a bottle.

Bomber from Trader Joe’s Charlottesville. Clear pale golden, thin fizzy head, poor retention. Aroma of ginger, muted apples and a soapy note. The taste is ginger, sweet and bland apples, apple juice and a floral note. Thin bodied. Not a great effort.
