Bottle sampled at Foeders. Bit hazy bright deep red with small off white head that doesn’t last long. Spicy grapes, red currants, wet funk, fresh white wine, dry mineral notes, hay, overripe strawberries, wet dead leaves and earth. Medium sour, under medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft sparkly carbonation and dry finish. Lovely too.

From bottle at MBCC 2018, red session.
Red, medium hazy body, with a medium, fluffy, light pink head.
Aroma of moderate barnyard funk, grapes, wood, apples, some basement, some pears.
Tastes pretty similar.
Medium, slick mouthfeel, with a lively carbonation.
Finishes medium sour, medium dry, wooden, a bit sweet, a bit funky, with grapes, some apples.

Tasty. Really elegant, with the grapes beautifully showcased. Greatly balanced, as always, drinks smooth, but complex. Another lovely one by Bokkereyder.
