Bottle 750ml. [ As Forest & Main / Amager Forsøg ].[ Courtesy of flaskefolket ]. Clear medium yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, herbs, light yeasty, fruity yeast, saisin yeast, funky, oak, vegetable notes. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, funky, herbs, saison yeast, aok, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottle @Ulfborg Tasting. Slightly cloudy pale yellow, white head. Aroma has grapes, mild funk, smooth brett, cat piss. Fruity, floral flavour, soapy, perfumy, green grapes. Has a little peppery spice in the finish. A little sweetness, otherwise quite dry.

Bottle 75 cl. Pours a cloudy opaque yellow with a small, white head. Ciyrusy aroma, combined with a lot of pleasant Brett and yeast. Medium body, lowish carbonation, yeasty, Bretty, a very subtle sourness and some late hops. It’s all very subtle and complex really. 160317

[2/5/17] Bottle at Amit’s place in Poughkeepsie. Thanks Amit. Hazy yellow. Floral, rustic, spicy, earthy, funky, lots of oak, hops, dry, bitterish.

Bottle - pours yellow gold white head - nose/taste of spring onion, citrus, lemon, oak, funk grass and lightly toasted oat - medium body. Dry finish.

At the source: pours super pale with white head. Aroma is funky brett, light citrus, vegetables, meelow earth. Taste is tangy and bitter from the brett more so than from the hops... although those are very much there for the tasting. Noce aftertaste. Good complexity. Good.
