12oz bottle. Filtered orange-tan body. Soapy white head. Old school NW IPA, Cascade in there I'd imagine. Oily, resinous, not that impressive of a brew for 2020, certainly not that representative of where IPA is now. Drinkable, but not that good.

12 oz from the winter variety pack. Aroma is floral, hint of grapefruit, bready. Pours clear new penny copper with a one finger bone white head with great retention. Taste is light to moderately bitter with a candy sweet edge. Overall, it’s reminiscent of old school IPAs, although it has more modern characteristics in its restrained bitterness and candy sweet character.

12 ounce bottle from Costco Appleton, 11/15/20. Clear copper, large fizzy off-white head, good retention. Aroma of leafy and tropical hops pale malt. Taste is pine, mango, grapefruit, pale malt, a hint of soap. Medium bodied, mild bitterness. Decent. Kinda bridging the old school new school gap.
