750ml pours with a pappery opaque pale copper body that supports a thin bright white head. The aroma is inviting with earthy paper basement sliding into some pineapple and then mild funky cheesy feet. The taste delivers nice earthy funky basement, some tarted up pineapple fruitiness and then running into more and more puckering tartness. Yummy. Refreshing and funky and earthy.

Bottle: Poured a hazy bright yellow color ale with medium size white foamy head. Aroma of tart notes with some pineapple notes is quite pleasant. Taste is a nice mix of pineapple notes with some tart notes with light acidic notes also perceptible. Body is about average with good carbonation. Nice mix of pineapple notes with some funky ester.

Bottle from the dregs run. Just enough to rate by! Slightly over a kiss from the last person that drank it anyway... hazy yellow. No head. Yeast and pineapple aromas. Lactic sour taste, almost milky. Pineapple yoghurt.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a near clear very dull yellow with a white head that dissipates completely. Aroma is yogurt forward with some tart pineapple and a. bit of sweetness underlying. Flavor has a combination of yogurt tartness and sour pineapple throughout the beer.

(On tap @ Council, April 3/17) Pours clear gold, with a small white head. Aroma of unripe pineapple, fresh cut grass, tart, lactic. Flavour is lots of lactic acid and lemon, yoghurt, again some light underripe pineapple. No real saison quality, rather it feels like a kettle sour. Light body, above average carb. Pretty solid stuff if thought of a Berliner-esque, the pineapple could have been more forward to my perception though.

On tap at Council, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out tons of fresh pineapple, with lots of stone fruit pithiness. Flavour brings out juicy pineapple upfront, with medium tartness and light acidity. Wonderful incorporation of the pineapple. Really good.
