Pours clear straw into a tulip. Bright white head with excellent retention recedes leaving spider lacing. Citrus, band aid and funk aromas. Medium bodied with sweet citrus and aspirin upfront tuning to band aid and marshmallow before the lasting earth finish.

Bottle at FoFa. Orange gold with wheat and orange aroma. Very soft bodied, good flavor with biscuit and a zesty bite. Really good. 4.0

Draught at the brewery, 7/24/16 and 11/30/17.
Hazy, moderately so, golden-amber with lighter hay tones and a thin, white head showing moderate retention.
A little softer than Jack Straw, or maybe a good deal so, but still with some acidity from the mixed culture. A moderate amount of oak and wine add complexity without going overboard and it ends with a biscuity, rustic, hay and grain character that mixes well with the lactic and citric notes. No alcohol or flaw.
Soft carbonation, quite tight, with a malty, yet dry character further softened by wood tannin. Less wine in the mouth, with light biscuit, touches of honey and plentiful fruitiness of nectarine, lemon, apple, strawberry, which fades in to a lightly lactic finish. This and jack straw could use just a touch more spritzy/fine carbonation to amplify the texture and focus the flavors. Very nice, though, and very high drinkability nonetheless.
