Clear, pale, flaxen-gold body is topped by a medium-sized white head with moderate to moderately-strong retention.
Crackers, biscuits, hay, light fruitiness and earthy, slightly citrusy hop notes emanate lightly. The nitro kind of robs/impedes some of the aroma, I think, but there’s definitely more honey coming on as it warms and breathes and the head recedes.
Grain and honey mix with light citrus. Fairly watery as expected per the nitro and with light sweetness but overall strong attenuation. Drinkable, but with lots of grain, bread, earth, yeast and mineral character. Could use a bit more hop character to offset this.
