Dark mahogany of indeterminable clarity. Tan head atop shows moderate retention.
Buttercream balances roast with hints of vanilla and a good dose of vinousness but it tapers off pretty quickly in to earthy notes and mild roast with plentiful caramel. No alcohol or flaw.
Mildly chocolatey and full of sweet caramel and moderate roast. Lightly watery and a bit sticky-sweet but with fairly ample roast. Moderate carbonation though a bit loose. No oak noted but a very drinkable brown porter.
