Level 6 tasting. Cheers! Light haze on this pale yellowish gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Thin malts, a light creamy sweetness. Tart lenony fruits on the back end. Fine.

[5/12/18] Draught sample at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2018. Red session. Yellow. Funk, fruity hops, dry, bitterish, a bit spicy.

Draught @ Fermentoren, Halmtorvet 29 c, Copenhagen, Denmark 1700. [ As Beavertown / Land and Labour Be Excellent To Each Other ].Hazy medium yellow orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, moderate hoppy, riped fruit, wine - white wine, light yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to light light heavy bitter with a long duration, wine - grapes, fruity hops, oak, wood, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. [20180308] 7-3-8-3-15

Draught at Alfie Byrnes. Hazy gold with a thin head. Aroma of funky apple. Flavour is sticky fruit, citrus, mango, tart base, dry finish.

Keg at the brewery. A hazed bright orange coloured pour with a lasting sticky white head. Aroma is very unusual, wine grape drink, tangerine, lychee, rubber eraser.. Flavour is composed of semi sweet rounded base grains, white grape, rubber, mellow tropical, faint rubber. Palate is semi sweet, rounded, highish carbonation.

Tap@Fermentoren, Copenhagen - yellow to light golden pour with white head. Sweet fruity with some nice citrus fruit, waves of lemon and peach, some subtle yet distinct white wine soaked wooden accents in play, medium body, fruity and hoppy drying into the close.
