New World is crafted with care to inspire the spirit of discovery in us all. In contrast to old world (European) cider, New World is made with a blend of American heirloom varieties: Baldwin, Northern Spy, Russetts, and others.
New World has the layered complexity to satisfy the most discerning palates while still being accessible to casual cider drinkers, wandering off the beaten path.

Pours a nice clear pale straw from a can. Nice perfumey apple aroma is not strong. Very sweet and one-dimensional apple flavor. Okay cider.

No date on this 16 oz. can. I am guessing it was a sticker on the 4 pack holder(which I donโt have) Aroma is apple sweetness, light acid. Tart apples, white grape and pear hints.
Light in body with high carbonation and a dry, acidic finish. Overall decent but it seems like so many other ciders. The best character is that it is not overly sweet.

Draught at Deep Ellum, 3/12/16.
Very light haze to the deep waxen yellow body with light carbonation.
Very fruity, soft, and full of light floral notes, deeper juicy characteristics and pretty low phenolics. Doesnโt have any heavy mac-like applesauce character, yet nor is it incredibly dry.
The flavor is heavily fruity, with lush golden apple-like sweetness that quickly is dried out by vanilla and very moderate acid notes. Soft carbonation, but fairly ample and, I suppose, off-dry overall. Seems a touch more real/freshly pressed than other stuff around here (Bantam, Downeast, etc..) and the flavors are more enjoyable. No heavy sweetness/underfermented/sulfited-sugars.
