Lightly hazy golden-orange beer with a small, rather quickly receding white head.
Dank, resinous pine and grapefruit mix with slightly lighter tangerine/pineapple notes, but it’s mostly the heavy-handed stuff. Malts are clean and out of the way, maybe too much so. No alcohol
It’s like they did a 180 from "Breakthrough in the Green Room" and took too much malt out of the equation. Quite bitter, though it creeps up on you, with ruby red grapefruit and such in between. Not husky in the malt department, just very dry and lightly biscuity. Interesting and drinkable, especially if you’re in to IPAs, but a bit too much oil and resin and acid and what not for me.
