Draught at the brewery, 1/30/16, listed as "Ales for ALS" but the abv is the same so I assume it’s the same or similar enough.
Medium copper-golden body has a small but fairly well-retained white head atop. High clarity.
Some stone fruits, light citrus and a touch of pine in the nose signify a pretty straightforward blend of New Zealand and American varietals. Malts provide light honey and biscuit and seem well-attenuated from the nose with no alcohol or flaw.
Great texture, with tight carbonation, a moderately malty mouthfeel and good attenuation. Lush fruits and floral notes combine with lemon and orange while there’s a touch more of a pine bitterness on the finish. Sessionable, but still quite interesting and quite hoppy. No flaws or alcohol noted.

Sample at GABF 10/03/2014, thanks to my sis for assistance with note-taking. The beer is a slightly hazy orange-gold color with a medium dense white head that recedes gradually. Sticky small patches of lace. Aroma of hops, fruit and malt. Light to medium body with flavors of grassy hops, fruit and biscuit malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a short hoppy aftertaste. Decent overall.
