Hazy pale golden liquid is topped by a small but well-retained white head.
Soft, earthy-to-herbal hops in the nose are joined by a little bit stronger citrus on the end. Light pale malt accents, clean yeast and no alcohol.
Typical low bitterness, dank and herbal hop character with low, well-attenuated malts. Bit of chewiness to it, with light wintergreen and orange in the finish. Very straightforward wet hop ale. Like the abv, though there is perhaps just a touch too much sweetness and I wouldn’t mind a bit more hop character, be it bitterness or flavor.

On tap at Taps, Petaluma, as Uinta Wet Hop Pale, 4.2% ABV. Lack of body was maybe not a great surprise, but the lack of hoppy freshness in both aroma and flavour was. Maybe the biggest disappointment during my visit to California.

Pours clear dark golden with a medium sized off-white head, good 6. Aroma of grapefruit and bready. Taste is grassy, grapefruit, caramel and piney
How could you go wrong, take an already good beer and hop it up. Nice.
