Can (5/5/21) pour courtesy of Jason. It's a deeply hazy yellow with no discernible sparkle, thin cap of white head with fair retention and no lacing. Aroma is strong cooking herbs. Taste is strong cooking herbs, citrus/fruit, grapefruit and wheat. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, soft carbonation and dry finish as taste. Overall, not getting all the fruits and florals in the description but strong herbal and mild fruit.

16 oz. can shared by tfontana. Fresh 05/05/21. Nose is bright citrus and hints of herb. Flavor is lightly grassy coming through upfront, pale malts and grapefruit pith and some herbal hiding behind this vibrant hop profile. Dry texture makes you want to take another sip. Nice!

Can shared tonight at the meeting. Slightly hazy dark straw color small off white head. Bready earthy cereal grain aroma and flavor are quite interesting. Plenty of tropical juicy resinous hop aromas and flavor to counter. Love to sit down with some more of this beer in silent contemplation.

Draught at Canary Square on 4/1 and cans drunk 4/29/17.
Bright lemon-golden body shows a fairly high clarity which is surprising given it’s a wheat IPA. White head atop is medium-sized and shows moderate to moderately-low retention (again, odd given the wheat).
Straightforward mosaic gives juicy fresh cut grass, pine, dank green notes and a strongly juicy melon-tangerine character with light honey and biscuity wheat behind it. Very clean and approachable with low resin and no alcohol or flaw.
Lightly juicy with more lemon and tangerine than anything and quite dry. Leafy, green, spicy, dank notes are enjoyable and there’s a dainty honey-like sweetness on the finish as well as moderately tight carbonation and good attenuation. Gains a bit of pine resin, as is usually the case with mosaic, as it wears on. It’s fine. Was much better out of the can.
