Draught at the brewery, 2/4/17.
Pale-white golden body with hay and flax hues, a light haziness and small, white head showing low retention.
Lactic and light bile-like in the nose, with lemon, powdered sugar and hints of dough and pepper.
Sweet and then lightly lactic, with some metallic character and strong, bland grassiness. Fizzy carbonation, medium body.

[2/4/17] Draught at Dorchester Brewing Company in Dorchester. Cloudy pale yellow. Yogurt, lots of pickled vegetables, tart.
