Draught at the brewery, 2/4/17.
Lightly hazed, pale, golden-blonde body is topped by a small, white head with low retention.
Peppery, grassy, lightly resinous bitterness clashes with clove-like phenols and a strong undercurrent of butter....
The diacetyl is even stronger in the flavor, with more overboiled/stewed hop character adding stale, grassy, piney bitterness and peppery and clove-like phenols dot the finish. Slick, sweetish, medium body with loose carbonation.

[2/4/17] Draught at Dorchester Brewing Company in Dorchester. Cloudy yellow. Yeast, fruity oniony hops, vegetables, slightly sweetish, bitterish finish.
