Just what you want in a pilz, has at Draught 55. Golden pour soft nose of grass and grain. Tastes grainy, some florals, dough, light lemon and cereal. Easy drinking.

Draught at City Tap, 2/2/17.
Pale golden with light maize hues. High clarity and a feeble, white head atop.
Dusty, lightly floral hops in the nose with cracker and biscuit-like malts behind them. Some cereal character seems odd, given that this is a German-style pils. Light grass, sweat and hints of honey on the finish with no alcohol.
Grainy and cereal-like with soft, dusty, moderately grassy hops adding gentle bitterness. A bit watery and with less than ideal carbonation. The start of a horrible showing for Jacks Abby at this Pre-EBF Tap Takeover at City Tap Boston.
