Draught at Tip Taproom, 2/1/17.
Lightly-to-moderately hazy, peach-hued golden body shows a medium-sized white head with moderately strong retention.
Sweaty, farmy, house yeast character rises up in the nose with soft lemon and nectarine/apricot behind it. Herbal and floral hop notes abound, which is a nice change of pace, and light honey and whitebread emanate from the malts. No resin, light juiciness and no alcohol or flaw.
Kent Falls house character adds light mineral, funk and sweat, as the soft, malty texture easily backs the light pine-grapefruit bitterness and stronger pineapple and nectarine. Light mango adds some sweetness and the beer finishes very dry and lightly bitter with pineapple and light mango lingering. Nice hop, very low on the resin/alpha acid character and doesn’t express any heavy citrus/pine.

[2/1/17] Draught at The Tip Tap Room in Boston. Hazy yellow. Fruity and oniony hops, yeast, a bit of earth, dry, bitterish. Good.
