Taster pours at NH Brewfest (2017) and Powder Keg Beer & Chili Festival (2019). Appearance is clear, gold-light brown with slight orange, trace lazy sparkle, 1/2-finger width head, light lacing. Aroma is surprisingly weak sweet floral and bready malt--more malt than hop. Taste is light floral/fruity sweet with cracker/biscuit malt toward the end. Palate is light bodied with thin texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, this is thin and not very robust. It's disappointing and misleading with a name like hop harvest that this is neither juicy nor bitter nor hoppy, but perhaps that has more to do with fairly boring hops than their freshness.

Draught at Julian’s, 11/6/16.
Mostly clear (light chill haze), amber-maize body is topped by an off-white head showing modest to low retention.
Soft, wet, woody, greenery in the nose typical of a wet hopped ale, with light crystal malts adding grain and iced tea like character. No resin with lots of earth, pepper and light base malt sweetness backing things competently. No alcohol or flaw.
Similar in the mouth, with a soft, fairly malty body that is a bit interrupted by the specialty malt, but doesn’t seem too bothered by it overall (light graininess, hardness, iced tea). Not very bitter, but enough hop flavor to keep it interesting. Good attenuation, moderate, engaging carbonation and no flaws. Not a huge wet hop beer fan, but this was very nicely done.

4.75 oz. draft sample @ When Pigs Fly. Color is hazy orange with lasting retention in the mini tulip type glass. Aroma of leafy and citrus hops, mild biscuit malt. Flavor has a biscuity base in the center. With a solid amount of bitterness in the way of citrus and leafy green hops. Slightly dry texture with a nice herbal hints in there as well. Excellent balance all the way through. Really like an IPA.

Growler shared by HopasaurusRex Slightly hazy medium golden color. Floral, earthy spicy pine aromas with a bit of bready maltiness. Firm bitterness but highly drinkable. Great Brew!
