From a pint can. Pours a cloudy gold with an off white head. Aromas are melon and tangerine. Flavor are light bitter orange peel. Lots of flavor for a blonde ale.

Can, by way of a trade. Fully hazy, deep gold. Thick and foamy, lasting, white head. Nose has soft, bready malts. Peach sorbet hop. Some candied peel. Hint of vanilla. Taste after all that is surprisingly bitter, albeit with a creamy sweetness underlying. Clean and slightly dry on the palate. Soft carbonation. Punchy bitterness to finish. A tad disjointed overall, but it did go down super easy.

16oz can thanks to Steve. Pours out hazy golden topped with a white head. Nose is tropical fruit hops some sweet leafy hops. Taste is more of the nice hops and light sweetness.

Thoroughly hazy, blonde-golden-flax colored body is topped by a medium-sized white head showing moderately-strong retention.
Very interesting nose and nothing like expected. I get an almost holly-like spiciness, lots of dry conifer mixing with woody character and light pepper. Was expecting a big nectarine-peach-mango character from the Vic’s secret, but really it’s hard to tell it’s even there. Must be due to it only being used in the dry hop (the base beer is centennial and cascade, I believe...two C-hops, anyways). Lots of grain, mineral, dryness and light honey, but very dry, crisp and quenching. Could use a bit more malt softness/sweetness, but it is just a 5% blonde ale, so I don’t think it’s that big of a deal. A bit of lingering astringency/spicy hop character.
