Sour blonde dry hopped with Citra. Attrition is a rotating sour blonde ale fermented in oak with one of our house wild cultures. This version is heavily dry hopped with Citra resulting in a refreshingly acidic beer with notes of bright stone fruit. Look for variants in the future utilizing different oak treatments and dry hopping.

Oaky oaky fruity sweetness and crisp German back. Reminds me of odd Breed, so good. Shock and awe.

Draught at the brewery, 8/17/16.
Thoroughly hazy, canteloupe-golden, with a small, but fairly-well-retained, white head.
Very fruity nose seems to have an intense melon character and big cereal grain note. Very intensely fruity, with honeydew, canteloupe, honey and almost sweet corn. Tartness surges forth on the end, with lasting acidity, green apple, lime and lemon rind.....
In the mouth it’s got a perfect texture and good attenation, but seems to have a bit too much intense fruitiness. Fruit loops, as someone mentions, come to mind, and not so gracefully (not that fruit loops are graceful). Lots of canteloupe and honey, though it’s not too sweet. Soft, easygoing texture with malt and slickness. Limes, lemons, kumquats and such on the end with a big burst of acidity to go with it.
