Reviewed from notes.
Can to becher glass
Appearance: pale yellow cloudiness with a finger's worth of frothy white head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: piney to light passion fruit, slight lemon to floral hop tones; light clean malts
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to juicy bittersweet quality; finishes leaning into the piney and lemony hop parts
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; some smoothness, nice low carb, low hop bitterness assertiveness
Overall: another nicely done single hop IPA worth coming back to.

Draught at the brewery, 3/24/18.
Heavily turbid, chicken soup-like bronze-maize. All of their hoppy beers look the same with a small white head that fades quickly to a ring.
Biscuit and cracker are strong in the nose with strong, rich, mango-lime and honey-like malt contributing to a juicy sweetness. Very prototypical NE IPA. Even though it's simcoe....so, very impressive on that account. Fairly light aromatics overall, however. Probably all of that intense particulate getting in the way of the hop bouquet. No alcohol or flaw.
In the mouth it's lightly juicy with prominent grapefruit and orange rind. Creamy texture with mild bitterness. Clean, dry and malty as hell. Nice. Very impressive lack of booze and resin. Slight aspirin-like character is the only detractor. Otherwise, this is spot-on for the style.

4 oz. draft at the source. Pours a clear golden color with a medium white head. The nose is citrus, mild pine with a hint of grass. The flavor shows bold citrus, mild spicy and resiny. Pretty good with more citrus fruit than you normally find with single hop simcoe. Well done!

Fucking top. Especially at 5.7. Probably get a massive headache after drinking 20 of them.

Tall can (thx, Charles G.!). Canned on 2017-11-01. Pours a cloudy blonde with a huge white head. Aroma is juicy with lots of tropical fruits, slightly dank and freshly acidic. Taste is similar with piney bitterness. Good stuff.
