Draught at the brewery, 3/24/18.
Extremely clear, light, straw-golden with a white head that fades steadily to ring.
Apple juice, pineapple, cinnamon and a good salinity behind it with very odd, mushy yellow apple and cider notes. Spicy-to-sweet with lots of phenolic character and light acidity lingering.
Lime up front opens things tartly with apple through the middle growing sweet and ending poignantly on light sweet-and-sour juiciness. Salt softens things with very light toasted malt character. Coconut is very light, hardly noticeable and very well-done, not showing through overly much. Flavors are so strange and disparate, but all coalesce nicely. Lingering apple-cinnamon with mild-to-moderate lactic acidity. Their sours are so nicely light on the souring aspect. They seem very well-lagered.

5 oz. draft at the source. Crystal clear gold. Aroma is off the wall, apple juice, lime, salt. Wow, very interesting Gose. Salt is mild with line, hint of basil, apple notes, nice salinity. Awesome palate cleaner!!
