375mL bottled 6/9/17, drunk 2/10/18.
Juju yellow, clear with an immediately-fizzling white head.
Lemongrass and light Brett-like citrus complement each other and are backed/softened by biscuity wheat notes. Maybe a bit too much lime, which is concerning given the eight months of age on it....No oyster or salinity/funk/brine, but that's pretty standard for oysters. Otherwise, no alcohol or flaw. Pretty mellow, not really bursting with any Sacch. character; the Brett and lime really do the most work here, to varying degrees of success.
In the mouth it's soft, malty, well-attenuated and the combination of citrusy Brett and actual lime is still quite heavy but not quite overbearing. Carbonation is just a bit loose. No alcohol or flaw. Nothing fancy or terribly interesting, but respectably clean and refreshing.
