Canned 12/29/17, drunk 2/3/118.
Huge white head showing great retention. Lightly hazy, pale-straw-golden.
Absolutely and utterly dominated by lime zest in both nose and mouth. A bit too sweet, as well? Difficult to tell through all of this wretched, incredibly overdone lime character. And this with over a month of age on it? I can't even fathom what this was like fresh. Scary to think that someone tried this at the brewery and then decided it was fit to be released....

Poured from can dated 12/29/17 thanks Airforcehops clear gold with a white head. Aroma is lime citrus and spruce. Taste is grapefruit lemon lime and a nice balanced bitter finish.

16 oz. can purchased at Spruce Creek Provisions. Canning date of 12-29-17. With "Zest I ever had" stamped on the bottom of the can. Appearance is a near clear gold! Whoa, clear!! Aroma is lots of lime zest with notes of grapefruit and minerals. The flavor have mixed citrus (lemon, grapefruit) and the lime zest comes through in the finish. Texture is crisp and has a refreshing quality about it.

Pours hazy gold into a tulip. White head with medium retention recedes to skim surface. Citrus and resin aromas. Medium bodied with lemon/lime pith upfront turning to resin in the medium length finish.

Keg at the brewery. Clear yellow, large creamy white head, good retention. Aroma of lemon, grapefruit, lime zest, pale malt. Taste is lemon, lime, grapefruit, pith, pale malt. Medium bodied, well balanced, tasty.
