Smells better than it tastes. It's ok but bitter in the finish, dry, needs more juice.

Tap @ Sori Taproom. Poured unclear orange in color with a thin white head. Stuffy with overripe fruits, some citrus and juiciness. Slightly drier finish with good bitterness.

(Keg at Sori Taproom, 20200116) The beer poured deep golden and clear. Its head was small and white. Aroma had fruitiness and dry maltiness. Palate was medium bodied and dry with medium carbonation. Flavours were pine, fruitiness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was woody and bitter. A surprisingly nice and complex hoppy brew with dry notes.

Draught @ Sori Taproom, Helsinki. Sweet, sticky caramely malty and piney with some grassy hops, citrus and grapefruit. A bit boozy and heavy, doesn't feel super fresh.

Hoppy, almost spicy. Sweet and strong. Quality.

4 oz. draft at the brewery. Aroma and flavor are pretty good. Flavor is mild floral, tropical fruit, mango, medium pine like bitterness. Steady bitterness that also is complemented by lots of bready malt. Bitterness is borderline astringent. Honestly, about average overall.

Draught at Publick House, 1/18/18. Hazy-to-heavily cloudy, cantaloupe-maize with a medium-sized, off-white head atop showing moderately-low retention. Big vegetal character from the mosaic mixes with pine, graham cracker and light caramel malt to produce a very uneven aroma of too much malt and acid. Tangy papaya, lime and dry, earthy, almost ashy notes clash and there's sharp ester and more bready malt. In the mouth it fares even worse. Hugely tangy, vegetal, over-boiled hop acids add pine, grapefruit, dirt, ash and way too much resin. Bready, woody, husky malts are thin and there's no supple base malt character to balance/soften things. Tangy, twangy, punchy bitterness and resin bordering spoiled fruit notes. Couldn't drink more than a sip or two. Awful.

Rerate on draught at the brewery, 12/22/22. Still not in love with it, and it's lightly twangy/punchy again with too much of a rollercoaster between sweet/soft/juicy and twangy/bitter/punchy. But it's not as horrible as it was the first time. Upping the score a bit.
