750mL growler filled 12/8, shared by Chris on 12/10/17.
Slightly hazy, copper-bronze-golden. White head is small and shows low retention.
Peach-lime-mango nose doesn't really suggest Falconer's Flight at all and is quite surprising. Obviously it's mostly/all very late addition. Soft malt in the background adds light honey character with no aggressiveness and low pine, no resin and no alcohol.
In the mouth it's got a bit of butter but it's not offensive or strong. Pine, lime, lemon, mango, papaya....tropical fruit for days and it's not terribly juicy, but quite soft and enjoyable. Soft, malty texture shows honey and chewy biscuit-like malts. Moderately engaging carbonation.

4 oz. taster at the brewery. Aroma is punchy with light pine, mild fruit and some florals. Taste has the same punchy hop smack in the mouth. Pine upfront with a essence of fruit in the center.
Floral hop bitterness rounds out the flavor. Hops linger for a good amount after the sip. Yeah, I can fill a growler and enjoy a good amount of this brew. Nice amount of falconers hops.
