Can, undated, but fresh, drunk 11/9/17.
Quite turbid, pale maize-golden with a good-sized white head showing moderate retention.
Very light esters in the nose give off the tell-tale bubble gum, but it's quickly joined by nectarine, light pine, dry pineapple and sparse cracker malt. No alcohol or flaw.
Light, dry, with cracker-biscuit malts behind and a soft and at times lightly grainy texture. Some bubble gum/melon character from the yeast but it's less prevalent here than in their other hoppy offerings. Very clean with ample, refreshing bitterness and engaging carbonation. Never really picks up any juiciness, however, and gains quite a bit of resin on the finish, as it warms and breathes and builds on the palate.
