Cans, undated, drunk 1/12 and 1/13/19.
Soupy brass-to-maize. Large white head with very strong retention for the style.
Strong brit yeast pumping out a ton of fruity ester and a good deal of bubble gum but it's matched by the juicy, spicy, mineral-laden Aussie hops. Clean, no alcohol or resin. Malts seem to be primarily biscuit-honey like and the nose suggests good attenuation.
Juicy and massively fruity with a quick burst of spicy galaxy character followed by huge fruit ester and creamy honey-mango notes. Definitely in the Tree House vein. Clean, malty, appropriately attenuated with a soft, malty texture and tight carbonation. Juicy and hoppy with super low bitterness and no alcohol or flaw. Alright, I'm a believer. Excited to try more.
