Canned 11/26, drunk 1/9/19.
Heavily hazy ripe peach-cantaloupe-maize. Off-white head atop shows pretty good retention. Not quite soupy, but it's sat cold for a long while now.
Smells like pineapple-cream, whatever that is. Clean, though, with good fruit acidity and mostly faded hops at this point. But there's still some juiciness left in the form of mango-pineapple. A touch of coconut lingers on the end. Malts show biscuit and cereal and pretty low sweetness, with no alcohol noted, nor resin.
Juicy, substantial and nicely attenuated with tons of pineapple, lime, mango and not overdone on the adjunct or lactose. Not overdone on anything actually and it's well-carbonated with biscuit and cereal. Lots of juice from the fruit but very light handed on the coconut, thankfully. Soft and supple with no flaw or alcohol. Not even very yeast-forward, which is fine.
