Canned 9/20, drunk 12/3/18.
Bright, bronze-brass-golden, not much haziness (light) with a small, off-white head that sits at cover.
Honey-rich malt and light-to-moderate British yeast (light yellow fruit and bubble gum) mix pleasantly together giving a good impression of a NE IPA. Hops are obviously faded at three months, but still impart light lemon, nectarine, grass and spicy/green character. Very easygoing and balanced with no alcohol or resin. Lingering mineral and earth with tons of yellow fruit.
In the mouth it's soft, malty, lightly sweet with honey and white dough-like malt notes. Fruity yeast is strong with lemon-lime, nectarine and peach from the hops turning to light pine and grapefruit on the finish. Moderate, tight carbonation and no alcohol or flaw. It hints at some resin on the finish, though there's zero of it now. So I'm sure this was a bit more stiff and bitter when young, but it's lovely now, that's for sure and super clean with no strange yeast or dirty hop notes after three months.

16 oz. can purchased at 7-11 Kittery. Can date of 9-20-18. Aroma is light pineapple, floral notes, and mild citrus pith. Flavor is sweet pineapple upfront with a slight citrus pith bitterness. Malt is soft with the fruit lasting after the sip. Pretty enjoyable!
