11/28/18. Unripe strawberry colored slush. Smells of their house blend from earlier on with more acetic character than nowadays. But its not vinegary and the cherry-lime shows restraint.
Dry and slushy with low lime and good maltiness. I'm thinking this would be on the sweeter side if warm so the cold is nice. Lightly sour, very fruity. Good balance with playful cherry juice not overdone. Lingering acidity but not biting or even puckering.
