Draught at Beat Brew Hall, 11/27/18.
Thick haze bordering soup but nice and light, blonde-golden. White head moves quickly to ring.
Doggone diacetyl in the nose. Rather heavy though not ruinous. Nutty biscuit and vanilla-honey behind seem dry. Hops suffer the most. Just a touch of pine and light lime-mango breaks through. No alcohol or resin.
Juicy, soft, chewy and estery with bubble gum galore. Light pine on the end. Butter is there but not horrible. The dryness, maltiness and carbonation are all excellent and go a long way here. Lightly bitter finish, soft and juicy.
