Draught at Beat Brew Hall, 11/27/18. Moderately to heavily hazy, pineapple-to-copper, with an off-white head that falls to cover steadily. A bit of funk in the nose with lightly juicy pineapple and lime. Not quite the aromatic strength of most in the series but lacking resin for its strong hops, at least. Biscuit and cracker lie quietly below and lactic acidity is very light. In the mouth it's full of lemon and nectarine with funky, almost dirty hop notes as well and very low malt and acid. Kind of just fluffy, chewy biscuit. It's nice that it's dry, but there's just not that much here. Still, it's soft, clean and dry, with good, lightly juicy citrus and tight carbonation, so hard to complain too much.
