Bottle at a Fish & chips joint somewhere in Penzance. Clear golden body with a fast disappearing white head. Body is quite carbonated, but less than expected for a sparkling something. Aroma and flavor is light and fresh apple, sweet and slightly acidic with hint of cellar notes. Pretty light but quite pleasant.

500ml bottle. Sparkling very pale yellow gold with a fizzy white foam head that dissipates away. Aroma of fruity apple, melon. Taste is sweetish, apple, fruity, melon, white wine, some acidity. Slightly syrupy, medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, crisp finish. Easy drinking cider.
