On tap at T�rst, pours a lightly hazy yellow blonde with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of rustic saison yeast, moderate funk, and some tangy dry-hopping. Straw-golden, chill-to-lightly hazy, with a small, white head atop showing moderate retention.
Nose is a lovely mix of light grain, floral noble hops with a healthy herbal tinge and just-a-touch-juicy, yellow fruit-like American hops. Light-to-moderate lactic acidity mixes with just a hint of acetic acid and a good deal of fruity, gentle, funky Brett. Malts are sparse, yet there is enough biscuit, cereal and light honey to easily balance.
In the mouth it's soft, very fruity, with light tartness at best, gentle, fruity, funky Brett and chewy wheat-like textures with tight carbonation. Mixed ferm character is quite unmistakable, as well as the American hops, but neither are crude or dominant like they are in so many American mixed ferm "saisons". Ample, yet well-attenuated malts, and just the right amount of bitterness from the hops. No alcohol or flaw. Lovely.

4 oz. draft at the brewery. Flavor is ligjt funky and tart but... have to say, after so many APA and IPA’s today, I am digging it. Nice lasting tart, funky finish. Lemon juice acid.
