Draught at the brewery, 8/17/18.
Glowing copper-to-deep brass. Lightly cloudy, with a rapidly-fizzling ring of bubbles atop.
Fruity yeast and/or bacteria mixes with gentle lactic acidity, light wood character and some red fruit notes. Nutty, biscuity wheat and more acidity sit on the end with citrus and yogurt suggestions.
In the mouth it's tart-to-sour with a well-attenuated character, grain, cereal and light honey, lots of lactic character and no tequila that I can find. Engaging carbonation, no alcohol or flaw. Moderate salinity on the finish is quite a nice touch.

On tap at Earth Eagle, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out light tangerine, with coriander, salt, and lacto. Flavour is loaded with very tart tangerines, with lacto and a touch of salt. A bit too tart, but it works.

4 oz. sample at EE. Slightly hazy golden. Aroma is lemon, mild wood, slight lacto. Flavor is bold, stromg lemon, wood and everything else is subdued. Proper tartness and body. Great effervescent mouthfeel.
